Sony Ericsson W880i cell phone, one of thinnest 3G mobile phone and walkman phone series from Sony Ericsson, comes with a sleek, brushed steel face. It weighs 115g and measures 90 x 47 x 15 mm. It comes with 262K colors in high resolution, features a 2 megapixel camera, push email support, Bluetooth and 16 MB of memory, which is further expandable to 1GB memory stick Micro (M2) included in the package.
The W880i model is suitable for people looking for a slim, good music phone and with great multimedia features and functionalities. Its display measures just 1.8 inches and is capable of showing up to 262K colors using the TFT technology, which is similar to the K800i. There are 2 camera that comes with the W880i model; one is a 2 megapixel camera on the rear for taking photographs and the other is a VGA camera on the front for video calling. The camera has 2.5x digital zoom, but, it does not has auto focus.
The organizer of the W880i cell phone includes application like alarms, calendar, tasks, notes, synchronization, timer, stopwatch, calculator and code memo.
Sony Ericsson W880i cell phone has a standby time of 425 hours and the talk time 6 hours 30 minutes (GSM) or 2 hours 50 minutes if you have 3G on.
