Sony Ericsson Z520a cell phone, measures 83 x 46 x 24 mm and weighs 98 gram, features a sleek body of an elegant clamshell. It is light and should fit easily into your pocket or bag for storage.
The Z520a mobile phone has a large external display which shows the date, time, battery life, signal strength and called ID. With it relatively low resolution of 4096 color, the display is surprisingly bright.
Inside the Sony Ericsson Z520a model is a 65,536 color internal screen, which measures less than 2 inches diagonally. The navigation controls are located below the display. It consists of a five-way toggle, two soft keys, a dedicated Back button, and a dedicated Clear key.
The keypad of the Z520a model is well spaced and sized and it is easy to dial even in darker environment with its bright blue backlight. When there is incoming calls, the plastic casing surrounding the keypad will flash color lights matching the bright blue backlight of the keypad. The power button is located at the bottom of the phone, together with a dedicated control for activating the Web browser. Several camera modes and options are available for setting, for example, the Normal, Panorama, Frames, and Burst shooting modes; Black And White and Sepia picture effects; a night mode; a self-timer; a 4X zoom; a brightness adjuster; and Night mode.
The Sony Ericsson Z520a cell phone is a quad-band phone and it supporting the GSM 850/900/1800/1900 network. It has a talk time of 9 hours and standby time of 16 days.
